WAXMI requires a credit card or VISA debit card to reserve an appointment. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and the Mindbody booking system that we use ensures the highest standard of data security. We will not charge your credit card unless a cancellation fee applies. By booking an appointment with us, you agree with our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy
WAXMI has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment.
50% of the total service amount will be charged for any late cancellations or change of appointment. This includes any cancellations or changes less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and same day appointments.
100% of the total service amount will be charged for “no show” appointments.
If we are unable to complete the scheduled services due to late arrival the full amount of the services will be charged.
